Submit a request Email info@theretrorolls.in with the subject DATA DELETION REQUEST, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 8868022922. Include your name and the mobile number or email associated with the relevant interaction. Do not send passwords, card numbers or security credentials. 2. Verification We may need to verify the request so that we do not delete or disclose information belonging to another person. 3. What we delete After verification, we will identify personal information held by The Retro Rolls that can be deleted or anonymised and is not required to be retained for a lawful purpose. 4. Records we may retain Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or other lawful requirements. Such information will be retained only for the applicable purpose and period. 5. Meta-sourced information If your information was submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, mention that in your request. We will process the information held by The Retro Rolls. Information held directly by Meta is governed by Meta's own systems, settings and policies. 6. Promotional opt-out For promotional WhatsApp messages, you can also use the WhatsApp opt-out process without necessarily requesting deletion of all service records. 7. If a Meta developer configuration specifically requires an automated Data Deletion Request Callback URL, a separate secure HTTPS server endpoint must be implemented and configured.
